RAY D’SA

Ray D’Sa is a Business Consultant in the industrial technology and power generation space with experience in engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. He has worked for a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 and startup companies on product and market development, operational efficiencies as well as contract and channel management. He has lived/worked across 5 continents, bringing a wealth of cross cultural and diverse perspectives to business management. Ray holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University.

SHARANJIT PADDA

Sharanjit Singh Padda, MBA, LL.B., Barrister, Solicitor, & Notary Public. Sharanjit Singh Padda (Shan) is a member in good standing with Law Society of Ontario and has been practicing Law in Ontario for more than fifteen years. He practices Immigration, real estate laws Padda was employed by Regional Municipal Government and multinational and Canadian corporations. He also serves as volunteer on the board of directors for Canadian Federation of Truckers, GTB Foundation a condo corporation in Brampton. In recognition of his outstanding service to the community. Mr. Padda received the Governor General Commemorative Medal for the 125th Anniversary of Canada 1993. He was honored with the Queen 50th Golden jubilee medal from the Governor General of Canada. (2002) Past Chairperson - Board of Refers (Employment Insurance Appeal Tribunal) Government of Canada, Mississauga Ontario Past–Council Member College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).

SANTHIKUMAR CHANDRASEKHARAN

Santhikumar Chandrasekharan is an accomplished Food Safety and Quality Management Professional with extensive industry and training experience in Food Processing, Food Safety and Quality Management programs. He holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a Food Technology background and a post-graduation in Public Administration. He has worked as a Quality Assurance Manager, Compliance Coordinator and Quality Assurance Auditor in various federally inspected Food Processing facilities in Canada. since 2000. He is the Former- International Consultant of UNDP and Faculty -Food Inspection in the Higher Colleges of Technology- Abu Dhabi, UAE, He also worked as a Chemist in the Kerala Agro Industries Corporation, India and functioned as a Lecturer and Department in Charge of the Canning and Food Preservation, in the Institute of Hotel Management - Bhubaneswar, India
