SHAWN SOUTHERN

Shawn Southern lives in Central Elgin. He has worked in Information Technology for over two decades, and is an active volunteer as a member of Kinsmen Club of St. Thomas, and the board chair of the STEAM Education Centre in St. Thomas.

ANULI AUSBETH-AJAGU

Anuli Ausbeth-Ajagu is a Human Resources Professional, with the Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL), the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designations and a master’s degree in communications. Her expertise includes leadership, coaching, social impact and building great teams. As a black female Canadian citizen, she brings a wealth of knowledge in cross-cultural communication, diversity, people management, and leading with compassion. She is an academic and teaches post-secondary level HR courses as a college instructor. A self-starter and social entrepreneur, she has over fifteen years’ experience managing people for peak performance. She successfully led and managed the operations of a non-profit organization, where she was the founding Executive Director. She also successfully led the change management initiative. Her career spans banking, insurance, and academia. She is an accomplished oral and written communicator and a published author of fiction and prose.

ZOE KARIUNAS

Zoe Kariunas has over 10 years of experience in developmental services both in British Columbia and Ontario where she currently with Community Living Toronto as a Senior Facilitator. She holds an Honours B.Sc in Health Sciences from Western University and worked internationally in France and South Korea before returning to her hometown of Toronto where she currently resides. Zoe has volunteered with Pride Toronto, Habitat for Humanity and animal rescue groups.
