Technical Standards and Safety Authority
ROBERT FALCONI
RJ Falconi is Managing Director of RayleeValleyGroup focusing on legal, governance and consumer/product/public/rail safety issues. Mr. Falconi is currently board Chair of the Technical Standards and Safety Authority, a Commissioner on the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, board member of Tarion Warranty Corporation, a member of the Ontario Advisory Board of Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters Inc., and a board member of the York Durham Heritage Railway Association. Formerly, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Legal & Government Affairs Officer, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Canadian Standards Association, Vice President, General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary for Parsons Corporation and Legal Counsel at Citibank Canada. Mr. Falconi has a B.Sc. degree from the University of Toronto, a J.D. (LL.B.) from Osgoode Hall Law School, was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985, holds an ICD.D. designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian, Ontario, American and International Bar Associations, and the US-based National Association of Corporate Directors. He was born and raised in North Bay, ON, and currently resides in Bradford, ON.
ELAINE PITCHER
Elaine Pitcher is a Barrister and Solicitor with the Law Office of Elaine S. Pitcher. Her practice is focused on corporate, estate and real estate law. She is a former Partner with Wishart and Partners Law Firm. Ms. Pitcher was Chair of the Sault Area Hospital Board from 2007 to June 28, 2012. She also served as a member and Vice-Chair of the Board from 2002 to 2007. She is a former board Chair of the Sault College of Applied Arts and Technology. She holds both an LLB and a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Queen's University.

ANDREW BEDEAU
Andrew Bedeau is currently a Senior Manager in Business Banking at TD Bank. Prior to this, Mr. Bedeau held a position managing the strategy and profitability in TD's Canadian Personal Banking business; and various treasury and risk management functions within a number of Insurance, Pension and RESP companies. Previous community involvement includes serving as a Board member of the Ontario Science Centre and other community not-for-profit organizations in the GTA.
CONNIE GRAHAM
Connie Graham, B.SC., ICD.D (2012) is a corporate board director serving in public, crown, and not-for-profit organizations. She currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of London Hydro Inc., and as a Governor on the Fanshaw College Board of Governors. She recently retired from an eight-year term as Chair of the Federal Bridge Corporation, Ltd., a Federal Crown Corporation based in Ottawa, Ontario. Ms. Graham’s community service has centered on children’s welfare and education, having served as Chair of the Board of London’s Habitat for Humanity, Chair of the Resources Development Committee of the Boys and Girls Club of London, and as board Chair for the Fanshawe College Foundation. She was awarded the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal in recognition of her extensive and impactful volunteer service to the community. Ms. Graham has been recognized as Canadian Diversity 50 Director by the Canadian Board Diversity Council, and with an honorary degree from Fanshaw College in 2018.
SUSANNAH ROBINSON
Susannah Robinson, of Toronto, is the Chief Executive Officer at EPCOR Ontario Utilities Inc and is the former National Head of Marketing at Superior Propane, a division of Superior Plus. Susannah’s community involvement includes serving as a Board Director for the Toronto Public Library Foundation and was a former Board Director for Dancer in Transition.
RAYMOND MANTHA
Ray Mantha has had a long and distinguished career within the Ontario Public Service serving at the Assistant Deputy Minister level at both the Ministry of Northern Development, Mines and at the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario, as its Chief Engineer and Provincial Highways Management Executive Director, responsible for a broad range of policies, standards, and investment strategies for Ontario’s roadways. He is past president of the Transportation Association of Canada. In 2013 then Governor General David Johnston, patron of the YMCA in Canada made Ray a Companion in the YMCA Fellowship of Honour. He served on the Canadian Mining Innovation Council, and on the US Standing Committee on Research. He has had a long-time involvement with the YMCA, serving locally in North Bay, 10 years on the National Board, three as Chair and 4 years on the World Alliance of YMCAs as an executive committee member. He served on Engineers Canada Public Affairs and Advisory Committee from 2012 and was its chair from 2015 through 2021 He also served as the Executive Director of the Transportation of Canada Foundation from 2018 to 2022. He has served on the Board of Directors of Morrison Hershfield, Consulting Engineers since January 2013 as an External Director and completed his three-year term as Chair in January 2020. Ray was appointed, through Oder-in-Council to the Science North Board in 2020 and currently serves as the Chair of the Business Affairs Committee and sits on the Executive Committee and Nominations and Governance Committees. Ray was elected to the board of the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE) in 2022 and continues in that role.
