PHILLIP RICHARDSON

Phillip Richardson is an experienced Canadian property executive with significant commercial real estate development and operations experience both domestically and internationally. He has held various senior positions in development companies over the past thirty-five years in Canada and abroad. He led the development and delivery of Ferrari World and Yass Mall in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Wongtee Plaza in China as well as Northgate Square Shopping Centre in North Bay, Ontario and New Sudbury. Upon his return from working in China, he served as Senior Vice President, Retail & Investments for DTZ Inc., an international real estate advisory and broker, during which time Mr. Richardson was a registered sales agent for that company. Having subsequently established himself as a property developer, he deregistered as a sales agent.
