JAMES WARREN

James Warren is President and Chief Executive Officer for Riseley Strategies Inc., and a former Political Analyst for Bell Media. James is a former Vice-President of Strategic Relationships for Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation. James’s community involvement includes serving as a board member for MTCC 1201-Hampton Mews.

VIKRAM KHURANA

Vikram Khurana is a Chief Executive Officer for Prudential Consulting Inc and Leading System Consultants Inc. His community involvement includes serving as a volunteer for the Canadian Museum of Hindu Civilization.

STEVEN WILLIAMS

is the President at Grand River Enterprises Six Nations Ltd. He is a fomer Chief of Six Nations at the Grand River Territory, and member of the Ontario First Nations Limited Partnership. His community involvement includes volunteering for boards and commissions at, Six Nations Natural Gas Board, Dreamcatcher Fund, and National Board of Dreamcatcher Fund.

JOSEPH BISCEGLIA

Joseph Bisceglia is President/Managing Director of ITCAN Holdings Limited, a self-employed Lawyer, and a former Senior Partner for Bisceglia Dumanski & Johnson. His community involvement includes serving as Chair of the EDC for Sault Ste. Marie Economic Development Corporation.

JEAN MAJOR

Jean Major is President of JL Major Consulting Inc., a former Chief Executive Officer for Bermuda Gaming Commission, and a former Chief Executive Officer and Registrar for Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario.

ROBERT POIRIER

Robert Poirier was awarded the Order of Ontario in 2022 and also holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and has a 25-year career in banking, investment management and technology. He is currently a financial technology executive and serves on several corporate boards, including as chair of Northern Trust Company Canada and the Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority. Robert also possesses experience in the transportation sector as the former capital committee chair of Metrolinx and board chair of the federal Toronto Port Authority, including Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Robert was previously the Managing Director of the Alternative Investments division at State Street and served as a senior advisor to members of the Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce from 1992 until 1999, where he was involved in governance practices of institutional investors and the evolution of some of Canada’s largest public sector plans.
