Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation

GADI MAYMAN

As CEO of the Ontario’s Financing Authority (OFA), Gadi Mayman is responsible for the Province’s capital market activities, including borrowing and debt management, corporate and electricity finance projects, and its banking and investor relationships. He is also CEO and Vice-Chair of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation. Prior to joining the OFA, Gadi worked at Export Development Canada in Ottawa and in the International Division of the TD Bank. He received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto in 1981, and an MBA from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario in 1988. Gadi is also on the board of Invest Ontario and is Co-Chair of the Joint Nuclear Funds Investment Committee, a joint committee of the OFA and Ontario Power Generation.

MAUREEN BUCKLEY

Maureen Buckley is the Assistant Deputy Minister and Provincial Controller, Office of the Provincial Controller Division, Treasury Board Secretariat. In this role, Maureen is responsible for maintaining Ontario’s Public Accounts, preparing the Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Province, providing accounting and financial management advice to the government and ensuring effective financial systems, control policies and practices are in place. Maureen worked at Price Waterhouse before joining the Office of the Auditor General as an Audit Manager in 1994. Since then, Maureen has held several leadership positions across the Ontario Public Service, including as Assistant Deputy Minister/Chief Administrative Office, Regional and Corporate Services Division supporting the ministries of Citizenship and Immigration, Tourism, Culture and Sport, International Trade, Status of Women and Seniors Affairs. Among Maureen’s many accomplishments is her involvement in the development and implementation of the Integrated Financial Information System (IFIS). Maureen is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a BA from York University.

NANCY KENNEDY

Nancy Kennedy is the Chief Lottery and Customer Officer at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), where she is responsible for driving value and growth within OLG’s Lottery business, has oversight of the company’s enterprise Customer Experience function, and leads OLG’s Enterprise Strategy function which supports all areas of the organization. Prior to joining OLG, Nancy served as the Deputy Minister of Treasury Board Secretariat and as Associate Deputy Minister in the Office of the Regulatory Policy and Agency Relations at the Ministry of Finance. Nancy has two decades of senior public policy and regulatory experience leading a number of high profile projects, including work with OLG, the Liquor Control Board of Ontario, the Ontario Cannabis Store and Metrolinx. She has also held senior positions in the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and Cabinet Office, leading strategy and a number of high profile policy projects.
