Ontario Power Generation Inc.

WENDY KEI

Ms. Wendy Kei was appointed Board Chair for Ontario Power Generation effective June 27, 2019. She was initially appointed to the OPG Board in March 2017. Ms. Kei is an accomplished finance executive with over 25 years of business experience across multiple industries. She currently serves on the boards of Karora Resources Inc. (TSX: KRR) and Noranda Income Fund (TSX: NIF.UN) where she is Chair of the Audit Committee. In 2022, Ms. Kei was honoured as a Fellow from the Institute of Corporate Directors (F.ICD) and in 2020, she was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women and honoured as a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA-FCA) designation. In 2016, she was selected as a Diversity 50 Candidate by the Canadian Board Diversity Council. Ms. Kei is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, holds a Fellow designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.

ANJU KUMAR

Anju Kumar is a Chief Information Officer at Cargojet Inc, and a former Board Member at Centreport Canada. Anju’s community involvement includes formerly serving as a Board Member/Volunteer for The Indus Entrepreneur, and an Advisory Board Member for Advisory Council for National Security.

SCOTT MCDONALD

Scott McDonald has served as a Board member and Committee Chair with several Canadian organizations. Over the course of his career as a senior executive, Mr. McDonald held general management, operations, and human resources roles in large complex organizations in the distribution, transportation, consumer goods, food, and forest products industries. His experiences included Canadian and U.S operations as well as the private and public sectors. A Certified Board Director and Certified Human Resources Executive, Mr. McDonald is a graduate of the University of Toronto and executive programs at the Rotman School of Management, McGill University, and M.I.T.

SELMA LUSSENBURG

Selma Lussenburg is an experienced lawyer and corporate director. Her experience includes serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (Toronto Pearson), the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS) and AT&T Enterprises Canada.

JOHN HERRON

John Herron retired from Entergy in April 2013 where he was the President, CEO and Chief Nuclear Officer of Entergy Nuclear, with responsibility for Entergy's nuclear plants located in New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, Michigan, Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas as well as the company's management service to the Cooper Nuclear Station for the state of Nebraska.He previously served as Entergy's Senior Vice President for Nuclear Operations handling the operational side of fleet management. Mr. Herron holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, New Hampshire. Mr. Herron currently serves on the board of directors for Duke Energy. He also served on the board of directors for the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations and on the Nuclear Strategic Issues Advisory Committee of the Nuclear Energy Institute. In the aftermath of Japan's 2011 earthquake, he was named to the WANO Post-Fukushima Commission and the U.S. nuclear industry's Fukushima response steering committee.

TRACY PRIMEAU

Tracy is one of the few women to become a CNSC licensed operator at Bruce Power and was the first to do so at Bruce A She is the only woman to ever work her way up to Shift Manager from the shop floor. She worked shift for most of her career but is currently leading the Operations Support Department while mentoring women and men in both operations and leadership roles. She is a current member of the Women in Nuclear Canada Board. Raising her two boys with her husband Dave, Tracy has always been active in her community. Currently she is the Board Chair of the Women’s House Serving Bruce & Grey, works on the executive of the local hockey club and sits on the municipality’s Economic Development Committee as the Energy Rep. She is a proud member of the Nipissing First Nation and in her spare time she loves to read and write and has a monthly column on books in The Bruce County Marketplace called "Between the Covers."

MARY FILIPPELLI

Mary Filippelli is an accomplished international business executive known for achieving transformative impact across multiple global organizations. In addition to serving on the Board of Ontario Power Generation, Ms. Filippelli serves on the Board of the Canadian Western Bank (TSX: CWB.TO) as an independent director and member of the Audit Committee and the Governance and Regulatory Committee. She is a trusted advisor to CEO’s and boards in setting, supporting and sustaining business strategy. Ms. Filippelli is a CPA, Ontario. Mary served as Vice Chair and Managing Partner with Deloitte and was a member of Deloitte’s Leadership Team, Client & Markets, Financial Services and RIsk Executive. Previously, she served on the Global Executive of Lloyds Banking Group as the Group Audit Director based in London, England. Prior to that, she spent more than two decades with KPMG Canada in progressive roles, including as Partner and National Industry Leader, Financial Services.
