MARK SAWICKI

Mark Sawicki is a dedicated and results-driven internal audit leader with extensive experience in the financial services industry. He is a seasoned process, controls, and internal auditing professional with deep expertise in capital markets products, risk management, finance, and trading across a broad range of strategies, business lines, asset types, and geographies. Mark has a proven track record of leading high-performing audit teams, implementing effective risk management strategies, and strengthening internal controls. He consistently delivers strategic insights that enhance and optimize internal audit functions, contributing meaningfully to organizational success.

SANDRA ROSIER

Sandra Rosier is a fluent bilingual senior tax and legal professional with over 20 years of international experience advising complex cross-border taxation, investment structures, and global risk management. She is the Founder and Principal of Rosier Consulting Inc., where she provides strategic tax and risk-management advice to clients such as pension funds, global asset managers, and financial institutions. She is also a seasoned Career Coach and speaker. Previously, Sandra was Global Head of Tax at BGO, leading tax strategy for an $80B global real estate platform. Before that, she spent eight years at CPP Investments as Managing Director of Tax, specializing in private equity and capital markets. She began her career in private practice at leading Canadian and U.S. law firms advising on M&A and corporate tax matters, after clerking at the Supreme Court of Canada. Sandra holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa and is a licensed lawyer in Ontario and Massachusetts.
