JAMES MURPHY
James Murphy, of East York, is a former Chief of Staff for the City of Toronto. He is also the former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario. His community involvement has included serving as a board member for the Kennedy Centre.
