ROBERT WAXMAN

Robert Waxman, of Toronto, is Chief Financial Officer at Skyline Investments and a Trustee and Audit Committee Chair for Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust. Robert’s community involvement has included serving as a Tuition Support Committee Member for Biagio Hebrew Day School.

JOHN BELYEA

John Belyea has more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in the property and casualty, group benefits, and life insurance brokerage sectors. He was instrumental in building three brokerages in the Greater Toronto Area and concluded his career as Chief Operating Officer of NFP Canada, one of the country’s largest insurance brokerages with over 1,200 employees, before retiring in 2022. His expertise spans strategic planning, governance, operations, finance and human resources. Beyond his corporate career, John has actively contributed to the not-for-profit sector, serving on the boards of Heritage Toronto, Toronto Grace Hospital - where he also chaired the board - TVOntario, the Salvation Army Ontario Central East Division Advisory Board, and the Granite Club in Toronto, where he served as president. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and the FCIP designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
