Appointee Biographies

DAVID ROSS

is a Vice-Chair at the Ontario Labour Relations Board and is the Chair of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal. David obtained his Law degree from the University of Ottawa with distinction and practiced law at Hicks Morley prior to his appointment to the Board.

JOHN LEWIS

John Lewis is a Partner with Heenan Blaikie LLP, with a focus on labour and employment law. Previously, Mr. Lewis was Senior Policy Advisor to the Minister of Labour and Associate Lawyer with Filion, Wakely & Thorup, Barristers and Solicitors. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association - Ontario, the Toronto Board of Trade and the Toronto Construction Association. Mr. Lewis holds degrees from the University of Western Ontario and Queen's University.
