LESLIE FARRELL

Leslie Farrell has lived in Woodstock for over 45 years. For the past 28 years Leslie has owned and run a Tim Hortons. Her community involvement includes serving on the VON-Ofxord for 9 years and was active in fundraising for Sakura House. For the past 4 years she has sat on the United Way Oxford Board and 3 of those years as Champagne Chair.

KEN WHITEFORD

Ken Whiteford is retired from his career as a former Chief Administrative Officer/Clerk at the County of Oxford. His community involvement has included serving as member and Chair of Woodstock Hospital Board of Trust and Vice-Chair of Community Futures Oxford. He has also served several other community organization boards in various roles. His education includes a Master of Arts in Rural Planning and Development from the University of Guelph. He is a former Member of Canadian Institute of Planners and Ontario Association of Planners. In early 2024, Mr. Whiteford joined the Board of the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario.
