Appointee Biographies

ROBERT DE VERTEUIL

served in the armed forces for six years, then spent the past twenty in the automotive industry as an Information Technology leader and cybersecurity expert. Robert is dedicated to volunteering and community involvement, and has served on many boards, committees, clubs, and organizations over the years. In his spare time, Robert enjoys cooking, listening to music, and enjoying the outdoors with his family.

JOHN ELLIOTT

John Elliott is Executive Director of Sandwich Teen Action Group, and is a former City Councilor for the City of Windsor (2014-2018).

DAVID HAMMOND

David Hammond, of Amherstburg, is Director of Operations at ZF Foxconn Chassis Modules in Windsor. He is also a former Plant Manager at ZF Automotive and a former Operations Manager at TRW Automotive in Woodstock. His community involvement includes serving as Chair of Finance for the Banwell Community Church in Windsor.
