Ineke Haan is a former Human Resource Manager for Bonduelle Americas Long Life - Strathroy. Ineke's community involvement includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Middlesex Hospital Alliance, Chamber of Commerce and Sydenham Community Credit Union.

Ernest Rowe, of Strathroy, is a Corporate Executive with over 30 years of experience in the energy sector and 6 years in the financial industry. He has extensive background in corporate development, governance, and organization. He created strategic alliances with organization leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives. His community involvement has included serving as Vice-Chair of the Heritage Acton Fund Raising Committee.
