DAN REITH

Dan Reith is President and CEO at Reith & Associates Insurance and Financial Services Limited. Mr. Reith's community involvement includes serving as Vice President and Director for St. Thomas Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Reith is a member of the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario and the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario. He holds a BA (hons) from the University of Western Ontario.

LYNN COATES

Lynn Coates was born and raised in St. Thomas. She attended St. Raphael's Elementary School and graduated from St. Joseph's High School. She attended the University of Western Ontario, graduating in 1984 with an Honours Degree in English Language and Literature. Lynn initially worked as a summer student with the St. Thomas Police - assisting the Community Officer with the launch of Neighbourhood Watch. After university, Lynn was hired as a Clerk in the business office in 1986 and was soon promoted to the position of Administrator where she performed the confidential administrative duties for the Police Services Board and the Executive Leadership Team of the Police Service for more than 30 years before retiring in 2020. Lynn is well-versed in the policies and procedures of the Service and has many years of experience in budgeting, negotiations, business planning, production and publication of annual reports, training, human resources, and policy development and research.
