Police Service Board - Niagara (Regional Municipality of)
JEN LAWSON
Jen Lawson was appointed to the Regional Municipality of Niagara Police Services Board by the Provincial Government in November 2020. Ms. Lawson is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and brings over 20 years of accounting experience from a diverse background in the public and private sectors covering manufacturing, family entertainment, hospital, university, regional and provincial governments. Ms. Lawson’s passion for learning inspired her to pursue her Honors Bachelor of Commerce (HBComm) from Laurentian University where she then completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA). Born in Hamilton, Ms. Lawson moved to the Niagara Region in 2002 where she continues to be an active community member in several organizations.
KEVIN GIBSON
Kevin Gibson, of Wainfleet, is a Charity Auctioneer. He is a former Mayor of the Municipality of the Township of Wainfleet, and a former Sergeant of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. His community involvement includes fundraising for the Canadian National Institute for the Blind.
TARA MCKENDRICK
Tara McKendrick has resided in the Niagara Region for about 30 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Brock University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor. Mrs. McKendrick has volunteered and worked for various social service agencies including the Distress Centre Niagara, Family and Children's Services, Niagara Victim Services, and the Canadian Mental Health Association.
