Function

Harbourfront Centre is an innovative, non-profit cultural organization which provides internationally renowned programming in the arts, culture, education and recreation, all within a collection of distinctive venues in the heart of Toronto's downtown waterfront.

Membership

The provincial members are appointed by Minister Nomination Letter.

Qualifications

Candidates must:

• Be a resident of Ontario; 

• Be over the age of 18 years;

• Not have been found incapable by any court in Canada or elsewhere; and

• Not have the status of bankrupt.

Term

3 years 

Meetings

The Board meets annually.

Remuneration

Appointees are eligible to receive expenses only.
