Function

The Special Advisor on Ontario Place Development will provide technical expertise and strategic advice to the Premier of the Province of Ontario and the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport on approaches and strategies to support the redevelopment of the Ontario Place site.

Membership

The Special Advisor will be appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor-in-Council (LGIC).

Term

The LGIC may appoint the Special Advisor to serve at pleasure for a period not extending beyond February 24, 2024.

Remuneration

$700/day to an annual maximum of $171,500  (245 days).
