Function

Supply Ontario is a centralized supply chain agency in Ontario. The supply chain agency will:
- aggregate public sector procurement spend and buy as one organization
-ensure the supply chain is secure and quality supplies are available throughout the province
-increase support for domestic production 
-stimulate job creation and economic growth 
-drive innovation and emerging technologies
-connect small businesses and entrepreneurs to the government and its customers
-deliver greater value for taxpayer dollars

Membership

The Board of Directors consists of up to 13 members appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, who also designates a chair and a vice-chair from among the members.

Term

Members may be appointed for a term of up to three years and may be reappointed.

Meetings

The Board shall meet regularly throughout the year, to a minimum of four times per calendar year.

Remuneration

Chair: $30,000 Retainer + $500 per-diem, to a maximum of $100,000
Vice Chair: $10,000 Retainer + $400 per-diem, to a maximum of $66,000
Director: $5,000 Retainer + $300 per-diem, to a maximum of $42,000
