Function

To conduct a review of the initial application and Program Office decision, and determine the applicants' entitlement to the specified program benefit. The Ontario Hepatitis C Assistance Plan Review Committee can either confirm or reverse the initial decision of the Ontario Hepatitis C Assistance Plan Program Adjudicator.
