Function: The corporation operates an innovative leisure facility that offers cultural and recreational programs in celebration of the province.
Membership: The members of the corporation form and are its board of directors. The corporation consists of not fewer than one and not more than 13 members appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council.
Term: There is no limitation in legislation.
Meetings: The board meets at least six times a year at Ontario Place.
Remuneration: Appointees are remunerated according to Schedule A, Level 1 of the Agencies and Appointments Directive
