Local Health Integration Networks (operating as Home and Community Care Support Services)

GLENNA RAYMOND

Glenna Raymond resides in Oshawa, Ontario. She has been employed in public service throughout her career as a Registered Nurse and former health care administrator, in hospitals, mental health services and community outreach. Her experience in the education sector included faculty posts in the community college sector as well as governance roles in both community college and university institutions. Previous volunteer involvement with professional associations and service organizations has added to her understanding of and appreciation for human services. Glenna has deep roots in rural Ontario, maintaining a location in Brockton, where she enjoys gardening, quilting and time with family.

ANNE CAMPBELL

Anne Campbell, RN, BScN, MN recently retired as Vice President Partnerships and Chief Nurse Executive with the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA). Responsibilities included Patient Care Services, Nursing Practice, Nutrition and Food Services and Patient Experience/Patient Relations. Anne has 43 years of healthcare experience in patient care, education, project management, corporate planning, holding a number of progressive leadership positions and presenting her work internationally. Anne is published and lead a number of transformational projects in care delivery models, professional practice models, and culture shifts on patient/family/staff experience & engagement. Anne's passion for inspiring and motivating health professionals to design a preferred future lead to the development of the "HPHA Patient/Family/Staff Experience Framework” to create an infrastructure that supports patient/family/staff engagement in organizational processes and operations at every level.

JOHN BEARDWOOD

John Beardwood is a senior partner at Fasken, Past Chair of the Technology practice group, and was Co-Founder of the Outsourcing and the Privacy and Access to Information practice groups. His practice is focused on technology, outsourcing/procurement, and privacy law matters, with specific experience in: IT/E-Commerce/Privacy Management: Advises on various technology-related transactions, including outsourcing/procurement, licensing, development, implementation, technology transfer, and e-commerce, including for the health care, financial/insurance and public sectors; and on privacy, access to information and CASL matters. Health Sector: Advised various hospitals and Canada Health Infoway, on above issues. Stakeholder Engagement: Advised on large-scale community stakeholder engagement for cSWO governance project. Governance: Advised on governance issues for cSWO project; regarding shared services issues; on withdrawal of physician privileges, and regarding change management initiatives.

KATHLEEN FYFE

Kathleen (Kate) Fyfe is the President & CEO of Timmins and District Hospital, located in Northern Ontario. With over 25 years of senior executive experience in acute care, mental health and health system settings. Kate has worked collaboratively with system partners to improve accountability, performance, access to care and quality outcomes. Kate has led transformational projects related to care delivery and broad structural changes to our health system. Her executive experience spans a wide range of business processes including complex financial planning, human resources, quality, information systems and decision support systems. An active member in her community, Kate is a current member on the COVID-19 Municipal Emergency Control Group, and the Board of Timmins Academic Family Health Team. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa, is a CPA/ CA and has completed the Rotman Advanced Health Leadership Program.

STEPHAN PLOURDE

Stephan (Steve) Plourde recently retired from the Canadian Armed Forces Health Services after 35 years of exemplary service having reached the rank of Colonel. He has held several senior leadership roles within the military both nationally and overseas. In 2014, he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal by the Governor General of Canada for his contributions and efforts in assisting the Afghan National Security Forces in building sustainable healthcare capacity. A graduate from the Master of Health Science program at the University of Toronto, he was chosen by the faculty as the recipient of the Robert Wood Johnson Award, given to the "student most likely to make a noteworthy contribution in the field of Health Services Administration". He is a Certified Health Executive (CHE) as well as a surveyor with Accreditation Canada and has surveyed in both provincial and federal jurisdictions in Primary Care, Home and Community care as well as Correctional Services and Aboriginal Health.

LINDA FRANKLIN

Linda Franklin has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of two major associations over the past 30 years and chaired and served on several public sector boards. She recently retired as the President and CEO of Colleges Ontario where she achieved the approval of college three-year degrees, independent nursing degrees and investments in student mental health. Linda also established a board education program for college governors, contributed to government policy development and oversaw a system marketing program. As CEO of the Wine Council of Ontario, Linda achieved significant government policy reforms to support the wine industry, including the creation of the VQA. Prior to this, Linda worked for a medical regulatory body and provided strategic advice to several organizations. Linda currently serves as the Chair of the William Osler Health System and chair of the governance committee of the Ontario Centre of Innovation. Linda completed the Rotman ICD.D designation in 2023.
