STEVE GEIST

Steve Geist has over 30 years of experience in financial services. He retired from the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in 2017 where his last role was Senior Executive Vice President and Group Head, CIBC Wealth Management. Prior to that, Steve was President and CEO of CIBC Asset Management, one of Canada's largest asset managers with over $120 Billion of assets. Before joining CIBC, he held roles at TD Asset Management, Fidelity Investments and Price Waterhouse. Steve currently serves on the Advisory Board of Ardenton Capital, a global private equity corporation, and the Independent Review Committee of SEI Investments Canada. He is also the Chair of the Capital Sector Audit Committee for the Province of Ontario and is on the Board of Governors of Royal St. George's College. He is a past director of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada and the Mutual Funds Dealers Association. Steve is a Chartered Professional Accountant with an FCPA/FCA designation and also holds the ICD.D designation. He is a Certified Financial Planner and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

BRIAN GABEL

is a chartered accountant/CPA by training. For most of his career he worked in prominent energy and utility companies including Union Gas, British Columbia Transmission, Hydro One and the Greater Toronto Airports Authority holding executive roles in finance, regulatory affairs, marketing, sales, operations, human resources and business development. Mr. Gabel currently sits on the board for Newmarket-Tay Power Distribution, an electricity utility as well as Plexxus, a shared services organization for twenty hospitals in Toronto and the surrounding regions.

ROBERT OBERTREIS

has 30 years of experience in capital programs, with technical and management expertise gained locally and internationally. He has broad and diverse experience in a variety of delivery roles from individual contributor to executive sponsor on behalf of owners and global engineering organizations in multiple industries, including high technology, aerospace, oil & gas, and nuclear. Mr. Obertreis received his Master of Laws in Energy and Infrastructure from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from The Royal Military College of Canada. He is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario and is a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
