St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology - Board of Governors

JEAN PICCINATO

Jean Piccinato has over 35 years of progressive leadership and management experience in a variety of health care and human services settings, including private, not-for-profit and government sectors. Currently Jean is the Executive Director of the Amherstburg Family Health Team. Jean has earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario, and bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Windsor. Over the past years Jean has been active in the Windsor community serving in a variety of capacities with various charitable organizations. A believer in life long learning, community involvement and giving back, Jean is looking forward to participating on the St Clair College Board of Governors.

CHARLIE HOTHAM

Charlie Hotham is a Chief Executive Officer/Owner for Hotham Building Materials Inc., a former City Councilor Ward 1 for the City of Windsor, and a former Vice-President/General Manager for A.T.I Building Materials Inc. Charlie’s community involvement includes serving as member and President for Windsor and Essex County Crime Stoppers.

JOHN PARENT

John Parent is a former principal in Public Affairs and Stakeholder Relations for Parents and Associates, and a former senior communications and stakeholder relations advisor for Windsor Detroit Bridge Authority. His community involvement includes serving as Chair of fundraising for Tecumseh Corn Festival.

AL TESHUBA

Alfonso (Al) Teshuba has decades of success & experience in Windsor-Essex Real Estate, as an investor, Top Producing Realtor, and owner of Performance Property Management. Al is an educator for over 30 years, having served with community Religious Sunday School programs, and currently as Occasional mathematics High School Teacher with GECDSB. Al was born and raised in Windsor, married to Simha for over 25 years with two adult sons Adam & Austin. Al has both a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree & a Bachelor of Education Degree from the University of Windsor, and both Series 7 & 63 securities certificates. Al loves and promotes our region as the “Great Start of Canada”, and as one of the best places in the world to live, prosper and raise a family. Education and professionally enhancing one’s skills are paramount to succeed, and Al wishes to positively champion such serving on the Board of Governors of St. Clair College.
