Grant Review Team - Grand River - Ontario Trillium Foundation

HELEN SCHULTZ

Helen Schultz is currently a volunteer Resources Coordinator at Grand River Community Health Centre. She is also a former Manager at the Canadian Cancer Society. Her community involvement includes serving as Vice-President for the Brant Regional Association as well as various roles with the Haldimand-Norfolk District Health Council, Haldimand-Norfolk Transportation Task Force and Hamilton Regional Cancer Centre. She holds a BA from York University and a Graduate Diploma in Gerontology from the University of Toronto.

BARBARA WITTEVEEN

Barbara Witteveen is retired. She is a former Insurance Agent for Desjardins. Her community involvement has included serving as a board member for Brantford Crimestoppers.

LARRY GAERTNER

Larry Gaertner is a lifelong resident of Norfolk County, He graduated from University of Guelph with a diploma in Agriculture. He has been a real estate broker since 1985.

KEITH ROBICHEAU

Keith Robicheau retired in 2019 from a career as a municipal Chief Administrative Officer spanning more than 30 years and 3 provinces. In Ontario, he served as CAO of Norfolf County and North Bay during most of the previous decade. Prior to that, Keith had served Annapolis County and Kentville in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. He started his career as a municipal CAO in 1983 in his hometown of St. Andrews by-the-Sea, New Brunswick. Keith has been a member and served on the board of directors of Ontario Municipal Administrators Association and the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators. He has also worked for the Government of New Brunswick as an internal management consultant in Treasury Board and as a senior policy advisor in Municipal Affairs. Keith has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University, majoring in management and accounting.

RODERICK WALKER

Roderick D. Walker is a sole proprietor of RD Walker Legal Services in Simcoe, Ontario and is a Licensed Paralegal under the Law Society of Ontario. He is a graduate of Mohawk College. He was one of the first licensees to be licensed to give legal services in Ontario in 2008. He continues to practice in civil litigation and administrative tribunals. He is active in his local community being involved in sports and charity organizations.
