PAUL CONNOR

Paul Connor is a former manager of Economic Research & Analysis at Niagara Region Economic Development. His community involvement includes serving as an advisor for Geospatial and the Niagara Open Data Consortium. Mr. Connor holds a Masters in Management of Technology and Innovation and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto.

KRISTINA SMALL

Kristina Small is a Sr. Hydrogeologist and Technical Operations Lead for Concentric Geoscience/OmniMcCann Geoscience, and a former Intermediate Hydrogeologist/Project Manager for BluMetric Environmental Inc. Her community involvement includes serving as a registered volunteer for the Ottawa Food Bank

ROGER WOELLER

Roger Woeller is an entrepreneur with 40 years of experience in the environmental and resource sectors. He led the development of the WESA Group of Companies (WESA) as CEO from 2001 to 2012, providing leadership that drove steady growth, including identifying new service areas, developing new markets and promoting innovating thinking throughout the company. Woeller returned as CEO in 2014 to lead the successful recover effort and refinancing of the merged publicly traded BluMetric. He has a demonstrated talent for the identification of opportunities for growth through acquisitions, the exploitation of new markets and the design/implementation of novel water technologies and related services related to waste and energy. Mr. Woeller works on technical projects related to environmental impact and sustainable development. He has experience with soil, groundwater and surface water remediation using a wide variety of engineered solutions and passive natural-systems. Mr. Woeller has appeared before the various judicial and non-judicial bodies and is regularly called upon to assist in matters related to his areas of interest.
