ADAM BROWN

Adam Brown is a Chartered Professional Accountant by training. Adam has enjoyed a diverse career in public accounting, mining, forestry and healthcare. Currently serving as the CEO of North of Superior Healthcare Group. Adam leads a dedicated healthcare team of approximately two hundred in the communities of Marathon and Terrace Bay, in Northern Ontario. As a long time resident of Northern Ontario, Adam is passionate about the health, social and economic well being of the region and commits his personal and professional efforts to supporting community success through a practical, solution focused management style.

JULIE ROYWARD

Julie Royward is the Chief Financial Officer with the Hornepayne Community Hospital. Ms. Roy-Ward is a former CAO/Clerk with the Township of Hornepayne. Her commw1ity involvement includes Director with the NordAski Board of Directors as well as past terms as a Delegate of the Northern Credit Union, as Vice President of the Hornepayne Economic Development Committee and as Secretary of the Hornepayne Three Bears Daycare Board of Directors. Ms. Roy-·Ward holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with the University of Waterloo.

TINA FORSYTH

Tina Forsyth is currently the Manager of Taxation for the Township of Muskoka Lakes. Tina was raised and lived in White River, Ontario until 2 years ago, when a new opportunity became available in the heart of the Muskoka's. As a newcomer to the Muskoka's, Tina is getting to the know the people and area (the surrounding small communities, the many lakes and other waterways, trails, and Provincial Parks). Although Covid-19 has made it difficult in becoming involved in local volunteer opportunities, it has made maintaining connections with organizations in White River that much easier. Ms. Forsyth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Lake Superior State University.

JESSE GAUDETTE

Jesse Gaudette is a proud member of Netmizaaggamig Nishnaabeg and avid land user. He attended Sault College from 2013-2015 where he studied Natural Environment Technician. Over the summer seasons while attending Sault College, he was employed through Netmizaaggamig Nishnaabeg's summer student program, and placed in the Lands and Resources department for 3 consecutive summers. After his education, he sought employment in the Forestry Industry and was hired on with Jackfish River Mananagement, based out of Hornepayne, ON. Subsequent to Jackfish, he was hired on with Maygwayyawk Forestry Services (MFS), based out of White River, ON., where he was a forestry technician. Since 2017, he has been employed by Netmizaaggamig Nishnaabeg as the Lands and Resources manager.

GRANT GOODWIN

Grant Goodwin is a former Economic Development Manager and Director of Parks Culture and Recreation for Township of Manitouwadge. His community involvement includes serving as committee member for the Manitouwadge Committee Ducks Unlimited.

JOANNE MICHANO

JoAnne Michano is a Band Manager for Biigtigong Nishnaabeg. Her community involvement includes serving as Band Manager and Chief Executive Officer for the Biigtigong Nishnaabeg.
