JANA SMITH

Jana Smith is a lawyer called to the bar of the Law Society of Ontario in 2015. Jana maintains a broad litigation practice focusing primarily on commercial and business litigation. Jana hails from Simcoe County.

TERESA BENDO

has more than 15 years of experience in the public sector in the areas of strategic planning, change management, project management and partnership development. Currently she is the Director of the Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit. She holds a Bachelor of Physical Education from McMaster University and a master's degree in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business. She is a Director at Today's Family Early Learning and Child Care Centre, and past Director of Welcome Inn Community Centre in Hamilton. Ms. Bendo currently serves as a college-appointed member of the St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology Board of Governors.

VICTORIA NICHOLSON

is the former Manager, Locums Program with HealthForceOntario Marketing & Recruitment Agency. She is also a former Manager, Mental Health & Addictions with St. Joseph's Health Centre. Ms. Nicholson's community involvement includes serving as volunteer Co-Chair of the Ronald McDonald House and volunteer work with the Disabled Sailing Association of Ontario (DSAO).

CHAD MCCLEAVE

is a former Chief Financial Officer for Waterfront Toronto, and Infrastructure Ontario. His community involvement includes serving as a director for College of Kinesiologists, and a member for Financial Executives International (FEI), Toronto Chapter

SARA GOTTLIEB

Sara Gottlieb is General Counsel with Ontario Tech University. Ms. Gottlieb was previously Senior Legal Counsel and Director with the University of Toronto, following work as Counsel with the Ombudsman of Ontario and private practice with Goodmans LLP in Toronto and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York City. Ms. Gottlieb has corporate governance and regulatory experience including as a volunteer board member and government appointee with a variety of health, equity and diversity initiatives in the community.
