CARMINE NIGRO

Carmine Nigro is the President & CEO of CRAFT Development Corporation, a multijurisdictional development company in retail, office and residential projects. Mr. Nigro has over 35 years of construction and real estate development experience including acquisitions, construction management and urban planning, and has been involved in projects across southern Ontario, Pennsylvania and Florida. His expertise in urban development and project planning has played a large role in the reposition of CRAFT Development Corporation. In addition to his work at CRAFT, Carmine has been a volunteer of Children’s Make a Wish since 2008, Board of Directors for Friends of the Orphans Canada organization for over 18 years, Chairman of Board of Directors for the LCBO since 2019, Board of Directors for Runnymede Health Centre since 2020 and on the Senate of Canadian Military Regiment, The Queens Own Rifles since 2021.

QUINTO ANNIBALE

Quinto Annibale is currently a Partner at Loopstra Nixon LLP. Community involvement includes serving as Secretary for Augustinian Fathers Ontario Inc. as well as serving the boards of Vaughan Health Campus of Care, Villa Columbo Vaughan, Villanova College and York Central Hospital. He holds a LL.B from Queen's Law School and Mediation Program Certificate from Harvard Law School.

LARRY FLYNN

Larry Flynn is the President of 2 Vice Advice Inc and The O’Flynn Group of Companies Inc. Prior to his retirement in April 2015, Larry was the Senior Vice President, Gaming of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). Larry oversaw a $3.6 billion gaming operation responsible for over 24 gaming sites, two warehouses and more than 6,500 direct employees. Larry joined OLG in October 2001 as Senior Vice President of Gaming Marketing. Prior to joining OLG, Larry held several senior leadership roles at the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO). For over 26 years. Larry’s last role at LCBO was at the SVP, Merchandising. Other LCBO roles included, Regional Director, District Manager, and Director of Retail Administration and Customer Service. Larry is a Chartered Director (C. Dir.) and has also completed management programs at Wilfred Laurier University, Dalhousie University, Ivey School of Business and the University of Nevada.

CLAUDIA HEPBURN

Claudia Hepburn has spent her career building mission-based organizations to develop human capital. Since 2017, she has led the growth of Windmill, a national charity that converts the potential of skilled immigrants to prosperity through a combination of affordable loans and supports. Before Windmill, she co-founded and ran NEXT Canada, to develop high-impact entrepreneurs. Before that, she wrote about education policy for a national think tank and founded an award-winning program to improve educational opportunities for children living in poverty. Claudia serves on the C.D. Howe Institute’s Human Capital Council, is an advisor of Impression Ventures and Gotcare. Claudia served on the board of Kids & Company while it grew from a start-up into Canada’s largest childcare company with over 12,000 spaces across North America. She is a recipient of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal for her innovative work in the charitable sector.

DAVID COLFER

DAVID COLFER has over 25 years experience in brand/product development in the Canadian retail industry. He is currently the General Manager for Lagostina at Groupe SEB Canada. He holds a BBA in Finance from Bishops University. His community involvement includes involvement with charities which focus on education and family support.

JAMES BRADBURY

James Bradbury is the Founder and President at James Bradbury Muskoka Ltd as well as a former Vice President of Operations at Unisync Ltd. His community involvement includes serving as a member and Board member of the Rotary Club of Bracebridge and a member of the Barrie and Burlington Rotary Clubs as well as Member and Board member of the Boulevard Club (Toronto).

DRAGAN MATOVIC

Dragan Matovic is a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Halex Capital Inc. His community involvement includes serving as a Director and Chairman of the Human Resources & Governance Committee for Destination Canada.

KHAMINI SAMSUNDAR

Khamini Samsundar is a Senior Manager for International Trade Finance at CIBC. Her community involvement includes serving as founder of the Canadian Caribbean Cultural Association of Durham, and as a board member for Ajax Pickering Hospital.

KATHLEEN NOVAK

Kathleen Novak is a mortgage specialist at RBC, and a former community manager and branch manager at RBC. Her community involvement includes serving as Chair of the Women’s Shelter Saakaate House.
