Appointee Biographies

KEN WHITEFORD

KEN WHITEFORD is retired from his career as a former Chief Administrative Officer/Clerk at the County of Oxford. His community involvement has included serving as member and Chair of Woodstock Hospital Board of Trust and Vice-Chair of Community Futures Oxford. He has also served several other community organization boards in various roles. His education includes a Master of Arts in Rural Planning and Development from the University of Guelph. He is a former Member of Canadian Institute of Planners and Ontario Association of Planners.

LESLIE FARRELL

Leslie Farrell has lived in Woodstock for over 45 years. For the past 28 years Leslie has owned and run a Tim Hortons. Her community involvement includes serving on the VON-Ofxord for 9 years and was active in fundraising for Sakura House. For the past 4 years she has sat on the United Way Oxford Board and 3 of those years as Champagne Chair.
