MAGILL, JOHN
John Magill is a senior partner in the law firm of Torkin Manes Cohen Arbus LLP and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association. He has been actively involved in many community organizations and has served as Chairman of the Queensway General Hospital, Chairman of the Trillium Health Centre, Chairman of the Professional Division of the United Way of Metropolitan Toronto, founding director and President of the Heritage Etobicoke Foundation, co-Chair of the Etobicoke Local Architectural Conservation Advisory Committee and honourary legal counsel to the Canadian Motor Sport Hall of Fame. In 1993 Magill was awarded the Commemorative Medal celebrating the 125th anniversary of Confederation in recognition of his community service.


MURRAY, NORMAN
Norman Murray, of Oakville, is Manager, National Accounts - Canada, Newgen Results Canada Ltd Account Management. Prior to this, he worked for Ford Motor Company of Canada, Ltd for 28 years holding such positions as Vice-President of Customer Service and Vice-President of Canadian Parts Sales and Distribution. He was also a Lecturer at the University of Toronto, School of Continuing Studies. Mr. Murray is an active member of his community. He has been a member of the Community Foundation of Oakville Board of Directors and Chair of the Board's Communication and Marketing Committee.


MORRIS, EDWARD RICHARD
Edward Morris, of Toronto, was Chair of the Employment Insurance Commission Appeals Board between 1995-98. Prior to this, he worked for Air Canada and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation where he held positions as National TV New Assignment Editor and Public Relations Coordinator for the Canadian Everest Expedition in Nepal. Mr. Morris currently serves as Director of Learning Unlimited in Etobicoke.


STOYLE, ENOLA
Enola D. Stoyle received an MBA in Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto in 1997 and holds a CA and a CISSP designation. Currently, as Associate Director with the University of Toronto at Mississauga, she is responsible for Marketing, Recruitment and Alumni Relations for the Master of Management and Professional Accounting and Diploma in Investigative and Forensic Accounting Programs. Earlier in her career, Stoyle worked as a health sector executive. She was employed as Manager, Information Coordination at Calgary District Hospital Group (now the CRHA) and Manager, Institutional Reporting for Alberta Hospitals & Medical Care. Stoyle is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium.


CHADDA, BRIJ
Brij Chadda, of Mississauga, has had a long career as a Senior Economist and Policy Advisor with the Government of Ontario. Prior to taking an early retirement in 1996, he was the Manager of the Municipal Assistance Program, Ontario Clean Water Agency, Ministry of the Environment. Earlier, he held a number of positions with Ontario's Treasury Board, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs. The Province recognized Mr. Chadda for his twenty years of volunteer service with the India Rainbow Community Services of Peel, where he has served on its board and its policy advisory committee. Mr. Chadda holds a Master of Business Administration from York University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Panjab University.

CHENG, CAESAR
Caesar Cheng, of Mississauga, holds a Master of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Toronto. Mr. Cheng has been President of Information Chaos Remedial Services Ltd for 10 years. Prior to this, he held several increasingly responsible positions in computer technology management and software development. Mr. Cheng's community involvement includes serving as President of the Chinese Association of Mississauga and board member of the American Management Association and Canadian Information Processing Society.

MCCARTHY, JANE
Jane McCarthy, of Mississauga, is Vice-President Health Services with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. Previously, Ms. McCarthy was a Program Administrator with the Hospital for Sick Children. She has served on the boards of a number of community organizations, including Chair of the Pediatric Asthma Network and Laughlan Centre. She was also a member of the Peel Women's Health Task Force. Ms. McCarthy founded and served as President of the Ontario Discharge Planning Association. She holds a degree in social science and a post-graduate diploma in gerontology from the University of Toronto.

HALPARIN, ELLIOT
Dr. Elliot Halparin is a past president of both the Ontario Medical Association and the Ontario College of Family Physicians. He is currently in practice at the Georgetown Medical Clinic and is on the staff of the Georgetown Hospital, where he was head of the emergency department, as well as a member of the hospital's medical advisory committee. Dr. Halparin has also worked as a health care consultant, most recently being involved in the implementation of the Family Health Teams across the province.
