PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS COUNCIL FOR THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO


CROW, JOHN
John Crow, of Toronto, is an experienced Economic and Financial Consultant and Corporate Director. He is currently Vice-Chair of the Toronto Centre for Financial Supervision. Mr. Crow is former Chair of the Independent Task Force for the International Federation of Accountants on "Rebuilding Public Confidence in Financial Reporting". He is also former Governor of the Bank of Canada. Mr. Crow's community involvement includes Chair of the Arts for Children of Toronto, and member of the Campaign Cabinet, Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts.


SABIA, MAUREEN
Maureen Sabia, of Toronto is President of Maureen Sabia International, a consulting firm. A lawyer, Ms. Sabia has had careers in the public and private sectors and has served as Chair of the Export Development Corporation. She is currently a Director of the Canadian Tire Corporation Limited, Canadian Tire Bank, Medway Capital Corporation, O&Y Properties Corporation, O&Y Properties Inc., and O&Y FPT Inc. She has been a member of the Board of Governors of the University of Guelph, Chair of the Sunnybrook Medical Centre Foundation and a member of the Board of Trustees of Sunnybrook Medical Centre.


BAILLIE, JAMES (JIM) CAMERON
For the better part of his career, James Baillie has been associated with Torys LLP. Prior to this, Mr. Baillie was a Consultant with Continental Bank of Canada. Mr. Baillie is Vice Chair of the Bridgepoint Hospital Board of Directors, Co-Chair of Ditchley Canada, and a member of the Board of Directors of Canada's National History Society. In addition, Mr. Baillie is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Toronto and he earned his Master of Laws degree from Harvard University.


KHETRAPAL, SHOBA
Shobha Khetrapal was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Weekenders International, Vice President and Treasurer, Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer with Moore Corporation Limited, and Assistant Treasurer at Canadian Pacific Limited. Ms. Khetrapal is a member of Cancer Care Ontario, Chair of Cancer Care Ontario's Stakeholders Relations and Communications Committee and Vice Chair of St. Joseph's Health Centre Board of Directors. She has served as Advisory member of the Chamber of Commerce Economic Policy Committee, Director of the Ontario Casino Corporation, and member of the LEAF Foundation Board. Ms. Khetrapal holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Delhi University's Delhi School of Economics in India.


DI FELICE, ALDO
Aldo Di Felice is President of Telelatino Network Inc. Previously, Mr. Di Felice was Director of Legal and Business Affairs, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sullivan Entertainment, and Associate Lawyer with Blake, Cassels and Graydon LLP. Mr. Di Felice is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, member of the Canadian Bar Association, member of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters, and member of the National Association of Television Programming Executives.

HORTON, WILLIAM
William G. Horton is an independent Counsel who also acts as an Arbitrator and Mediator. Mr. Horton has served as head of litigation in two major law firms and is highly ranked in international surveys with respect to resolution of commercial disputes. Mr. Horton has extensive experience in matters involving the business of accounting and accounting services. He has recently dedicated half of his practice to serving as a neutral arbitrator and mediator. Mr. Horton serves on several national and international dispute resolution bodies dedicated to the promotion of alternative methods for resolving commercial disagreements.

FOSTER, LILI-ANN
Since 1986, Lili-Ann Foster, of Ottawa, has been President and CEO of Renaud Foster Management Consultant Inc. Prior to this, Ms. Foster was Principal and Practice Director for Ernst & Young (1982-86) and an Independent Consultant (1980-82) with contracts with the Canadian International Development Agency and Indian and Northern Affairs Canada. Ms. Foster has extensive experience in corporate governance. She has advised the Auditor General of Canada and the Privy Council Office on governance for federal crowns and agencies. As the first woman Chair of the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario (1993-97), she introduced a model of governance, which received national attention for best practice in the public sector. Ms. Foster is currently both the Governance Program Director and a faculty member of the Schulich Executive Education Centre at the Schulich Business School, Toronto.
