O'BYRNE, MICHAEL
After 26 years of service, Michael O'Byrne, of Toronto, retired from the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services in 1994. Mr. O'Byrne worked primarily in the area of prison administration. His community involvement includes volunteering with a number of heritage and museum organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McMaster University.

LUCENTE, WALLY
Wally Lucente, of Brantford, has been a Worker Advisor at the Office of the Worker Adviser, Ministry of Labour since 1986. Mr. Lucente is the former Chair of the Brantford Police Services Board and Chair of the City of Brantford Engineering, Public Works & Community Services Sector.
