Function:  The Board is responsible for the administration of the pension benefits arising out of the pension plan established and maintained for provincial judges.

Membership:  The Lieutenant Governor in Council appoints three members and designates a chair. Two members constitute a quorum.

Term:  Members serve three years and until a successor is appointed. Members are eligible for reappointment.

Meetings:  Four meetings a year held at 200 King Street West, Suite 2200. A half day of preparation time per meeting is required.
